What fabric and construction does the Ultra Cotton Long Sleeve use?
The manufacturer listing describes the shirt as pre-shrunk 100% cotton in 6-ounce jersey, while noting that some colors differ Design Gildan Adult Ultra Cotton® Long Sleeve…. The Ultra Cotton Long Sleeve’s Amazon specifications spell out those exceptions: solids are 100% cotton, Ash Grey is 99% cotton and 1% polyester, Sport Grey is 90% cotton and 10% polyester, and Safety Colors and Heathers are 50% cotton and 50% polyester open prime modal.
Construction details include taped neck and shoulders, plus a double-needle seamless collar and hems Design Gildan Adult Ultra Cotton® Long Sleeve…. Another product description claims an ultra-tight-knit surface suited to decoration Design Gildan Adult Ultra Cotton® Long Sleeve…. The listing calls the fabric heavyweight and names screen printing, DTG, discharge, heat transfers and dye sublimation as decoration methods Gildan Adult Ultra Cotton Long Sleeve T-Shirt…. That’s a useful set of stated capabilities, not a report of decoration testing. The Ultra Cotton Long Sleeve’s fabric content depends on color, so check the composition for the color you’re considering. The Ultra Cotton Long Sleeve is listed as a 6-ounce jersey, with the cited exceptions to the cotton description Design Gildan Adult Ultra Cotton® Long Sleeve… open prime modal.
What sizes and measurements appear in the size chart?
The available size-chart source gives body-measurement chest ranges from 34–36 inches for S to 58–60 inches for 4XL Design Gildan Adult Ultra Cotton® Long Sleeve…. The Ultra Cotton Long Sleeve chart also lists garment chest, body-length and sleeve measurements for sizes S through 4XL Design Gildan Adult Ultra Cotton® Long Sleeve….
The ledger doesn’t include the individual garment measurements, so there’s no supported way here to give the chest, length or sleeve figure for each size. It also doesn’t establish which sizes can currently be selected on Amazon. That distinction matters: a chart range describes the measurement categories provided by the source, while the Amazon listing’s available selection is a separate, unreported detail. The Ultra Cotton Long Sleeve size information is therefore useful as a range, but incomplete for choosing by garment dimensions. Before ordering, you’d need the actual chart values and the listing’s current size options; neither is available in the source material used for this review. The Ultra Cotton Long Sleeve is listed with chart coverage through 4XL, but that doesn’t confirm Amazon availability Design Gildan Adult Ultra Cotton® Long Sleeve….
Which colors are available, and does availability vary by size?

That does not mean every color comes in every size. The Amazon listing for this multipack specifies Ash Grey, which is a narrower detail than the retailer’s broader color range Gildan Adult Ultra Cotton Long Sleeve T-Shirt….
The Ultra Cotton Long Sleeve’s current Amazon color-and-size combinations aren’t specified in the available sources. So, while a retailer’s color count can help establish the wider range, it can’t confirm what you can select in this particular Amazon listing. The Ultra Cotton Long Sleeve is listed as Ash Grey in the multipack specification; the other colors belong to the broader retailer listing, not a confirmed Amazon selection Gildan Adult Ultra Cotton Long Sleeve T-Shirt… Design Gildan Adult Ultra Cotton® Long Sleeve…. That source concerns the Gildan 2000 Ultra Cotton T-shirt, so it shouldn’t be mistaken for a measured result for this G2400 listing.
