Storelli ExoShield Soccer Head Guard, Protective Padded Headgear review

The Storelli ExoShield is worth considering if you want padded soccer headgear for cuts, bumps and impacts, and the Amazon listing prices it at $49.99. Its stated protection has limits: the product information says it cannot prevent all head injuries, and some areas of the head and face remain uncovered. Fit and the current size options deserve a close check before purchase. Storelli ExoShield Soccer Head Guard… Storelli Exoshield Head Guard – Niky's Sports

What is the Storelli ExoShield designed to protect against?

The Storelli ExoShield is designed to reduce the risk of cuts and impacts from soccer-related head contact, not to prevent every head injury. Product information describes protection against cuts and bumps from head collisions, and the Amazon listing also names bruises and contusions. Storelli ExoShield Head Guard – Goal Kick Soccer Storelli Exoshield Head Guard – Niky's Sports Storelli ExoShield Soccer Head Guard…

The manufacturer says the guard is intended to reduce the effects of contact with other players, the field, goal posts and the ball. Revolutionary Protective Head Guard for All… That describes its purpose; it does not establish protection in every type of collision or for every part of the head. The product information explicitly cautions that all head-injury risk cannot be removed. Storelli Exoshield Head Guard – Niky's Sports EXOSHIELD HEAD GUARD

A cited two-year field study involving about 3,000 high school players reported an approximately 50% overall reduction in relative concussion risk among players using the guard. Storelli Exoshield Head Guard – Niky's Sports The same source reported a 60% reduction for females, with 97–98% risk-ratio statistical confidence. Storelli Exoshield Head Guard – Niky's Sports Those are reported study findings, not a guarantee for an individual player or a promise about every impact. They also shouldn’t be read as proof that this headband protects equally in every kind of collision. The Storelli ExoShield’s stated purpose is narrower than complete injury prevention; that distinction matters when weighing what padded headgear can and cannot do.

What materials, padding thickness and coverage does the Storelli ExoShield provide?

The Amazon listing describes the Storelli ExoShield as using Team Wendy Zorbium foam, with 9 mm of padding at the front and 12 mm at the back. Storelli ExoShield Soccer Head Guard… That is one source’s specification, not a figure confirmed consistently across all supplied descriptions. Goal Kick Soccer says the guard uses up to 9 mm of viscoelastic foam, while Storelli Australia lists 10–13 mm and another listing gives 9–12 mm. Storelli ExoShield Head Guard – Goal Kick Soccer Storelli ExoShield Soccer Head Guard Storelli Exoshield Head Guard – Niky's Sports

The sources describe a lightweight, soft-shell, headband-style design. A retailer lists its weight as 8 ounces, and the Amazon listing calls the construction a soft-shell alternative to a hard-shell helmet. Storelli ExoShield Head Guard – Goal Kick Soccer Storelli ExoShield Soccer Head Guard… The cited manufacturer release says it is worn much like a headband and is wider at the back than the front. Revolutionary Protective Head Guard for All…

Coverage has limits. Retailer and product descriptions warn that some areas of the head and face aren’t covered or protected. Storelli Exoshield Head Guard – Niky's Sports EXOSHIELD HEAD GUARD So the stated foam thickness describes padding where it is present, not coverage of the whole head. With differing thickness descriptions, treat the current listing’s front-and-back figures as its stated specifications rather than assuming every source describes an identical measurement. The Storelli ExoShield’s padding figures shouldn’t be collapsed into a single universally verified range.

How do I choose the correct Storelli ExoShield size using head measurements?

To choose a size, measure your head circumference and use the size chart, as the Amazon listing instructs. Storelli ExoShield Soccer Head Guard… The available source doesn’t include the chart’s measurement ranges, so it can’t tell you which exact circumference corresponds to each size. Check the current listing’s chart and options before ordering rather than trying to infer a fit from a size label alone.

The sources don’t use one consistent sizing description: a manufacturer release says the head guard is offered in six sizes, while retailer listings show labels such as extra-small through large and numbered sizes. Revolutionary Protective Head Guard for All… Storelli Exoshield Headguard – black HGUARD EXOSHIELD HEAD GUARD The Amazon listing says sizes 1 to 6 are available, but the source doesn’t provide the corresponding measurement ranges. Storelli ExoShield Soccer Head Guard…

Fit is part of the safety guidance, not a minor comfort detail. The product instructions say the guard must be sized and fitted properly and should be replaced if it loosens or falls off during play. Storelli Exoshield Head Guard – Niky's Sports The Storelli ExoShield cannot be matched to a precise head measurement using the supplied information alone, so rely on the current chart and confirm the fit stays secure. Avoid assuming that size labels from different listings map directly to one another.

How much does the Storelli ExoShield cost, and which colors and sizes are available?

The supplied Amazon listing shows the Storelli ExoShield at $49.99, with a list price of $49.99, and marks it in stock. Storelli ExoShield Soccer Head Guard… Prices differ across other supplied retailer listings: SoccerVillage shows $59.99 with a displayed sale price of $53.99, while another listing shows $59.99 and a separate source lists $40. Storelli Exoshield Headguard – black HGUARD EXOSHIELD HEAD GUARD Storelli ExoShield Review – Soccer Headband Those are source-specific prices, not a promise that another seller’s price or offer will apply to an Amazon purchase.

Black is listed by other retailers. Storelli Exoshield Headguard – black HGUARD EXOSHIELD HEAD GUARD Size labels also vary: one listing gives extra-small, small, medium and large, while another shows sizes 2, 3, 4 and 5 and marks sizes 4 and 5 unavailable. Storelli Exoshield Headguard – black HGUARD EXOSHIELD HEAD GUARD Amazon’s listing describes sizes 1 to 6, but that does not establish that every size is currently available. Storelli ExoShield Soccer Head Guard…

For a purchase decision, treat $49.99 and “in stock” as the supplied Amazon listing’s stated price and availability, and check the live size and color options there. The Storelli ExoShield’s retailer listings don’t provide a single shared availability picture, and the source material doesn’t establish that every size or color can be ordered at the same time.

Where can I buy the Storelli ExoShield, and what are the shipping and return policies?

The supplied Amazon listing marks the Storelli ExoShield in stock at $49.99. Storelli ExoShield Soccer Head Guard… The available sources don’t state the Amazon listing’s shipping timeframe or return terms, so retailer policies elsewhere shouldn’t be treated as Amazon’s.

Those other policies vary by seller. Goal Kick Soccer says most orders ship from its warehouse within 24 hours and arrive in 3–6 business days depending on location; it also allows returns of unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Storelli ExoShield Head Guard – Goal Kick Soccer Storelli Australia describes free Australian shipping over $100 and says customers can return the product for a full refund if unhappy. Storelli ExoShield Soccer Head Guard

SoccerVillage says it makes every effort to ship items within 1 to 3 business days, though delays may occur, and says international shipping isn’t available. Storelli Exoshield Headguard – black HGUARD Soccerworld states that free shipping applies to US orders over $150, subject to terms. EXOSHIELD HEAD GUARD These are retailer-specific details. They don’t fill the gap in the Amazon listing’s shipping or returns information. Before ordering, distinguish the seller you’re buying from; a policy published by one retailer doesn’t tell you what another seller will provide.

How should I wear and care for the Storelli ExoShield during soccer games and practice?

The Storelli ExoShield is worn much like a headband, according to the manufacturer release, and the product description identifies moisture-wicking fabric. Revolutionary Protective Head Guard for All… The Amazon listing describes a soft-shell construction as breathable and washable, but the supplied sources don’t give detailed cleaning instructions. Storelli ExoShield Soccer Head Guard…

Fit should be secure and properly sized. The product guidance says to replace the head guard if its fit loosens or it falls off during play. Storelli Exoshield Head Guard – Niky's Sports That makes it worth checking placement and stability before practice or a match rather than relying on the general claim that it stays in place.

One reviewer reported that the inside and front were marked to help with orientation, after finding it easy to put the guard on upside down or backwards. storelli exoshield headguard – Wrong Side of… The same reviewer said it became very sweaty during 90 minutes of play and took until the following morning to dry fully. storelli exoshield headguard – Wrong Side of… Those are that reviewer’s observations, not a controlled test or a care standard. Moisture-wicking fabric is a stated feature, but it doesn’t mean the head guard won’t become wet during play. The Storelli ExoShield has no detailed wash or drying directions in the supplied information.

What are the Storelli ExoShield’s limitations, and how does it compare with other soccer headgear?

The Storelli ExoShield can’t remove every risk of head injury, and its coverage leaves some areas of the head and face unprotected. Storelli ExoShield Review – Soccer Headband Storelli Exoshield Head Guard – Niky's Sports Soccer Head Protection says the guard tied for the number-one safety rating in the Virginia Tech Soccer Headgear Ratings. Storelli ExoShield Review – Soccer Headband That reported rating is useful context, but it doesn’t establish protection in every situation or replace the product’s own warning about incomplete coverage.

The supplied sources don’t provide consistent, directly comparable evidence against named alternative products, so there isn’t enough here to rank the ExoShield against other soccer headgear. A reviewer said the guard didn’t seem to affect the accuracy or power of headed balls during their play test. storelli exoshield headguard – Wrong Side of… That’s a personal impression, not a measured result that establishes an effect for other players.

There are still practical limits to weigh: the Amazon listing’s stated foam thickness is specific to front and back padding, while other descriptions give different thickness figures. Storelli ExoShield Soccer Head Guard… Storelli ExoShield Head Guard – Goal Kick Soccer Storelli ExoShield Soccer Head Guard The available information also doesn’t supply a direct comparison with a named competing product on shared test conditions. The Storelli ExoShield may suit someone seeking padded, soft-shell headgear, but the evidence here supports caution about treating a rating or study result as a guarantee for an individual player.
