What video resolutions and frame rates does the icefox Action Camera support besides 5K at 30 fps?

The Amazon listing advertises 5K at 30 fps and 4K at 60 fps, but it doesn’t provide a complete list of the camera’s video modes. icefox Action Camera 5K 30FPS 20MP with Touch… The icefox Action Camera’s other reported modes differ by source, so treat them as descriptions tied to separate listings rather than a single confirmed specification set.

One review of the Model 18 lists modes from 720P at 30 fps through 1080P at 120 fps, as well as 4K at 60 fps. Updated: Icefox UHD 4K Action Camera (Model 18)… The manufacturer’s listing on another marketplace names 2.7K at 60 fps, 1080p at 120 fps, and 720p at 240 fps alongside 4K at 60 fps. icefox Action Camera 4K 60FPS 20MP, Underwater… That second list includes a 720p frame rate not shown in the review’s list. Neither source confirms which additional modes apply to the exact Amazon offer. If those modes matter to you, the icefox Action Camera’s Amazon listing doesn’t settle the question; the differing source lists leave it open.

What is the camera’s photo resolution, and are 20 MP images native or interpolated?

The Amazon description advertises 20 MP photos, but the available sources don’t say whether that resolution is native or interpolated. icefox Action Camera 5K 30FPS 20MP with Touch… That distinction matters if you’re choosing the icefox Action Camera for still photos rather than treating photo resolution as a number on a product page.

The Model 18 review lists 20M, 16M, 13M, and 8M photo settings. Updated: Icefox UHD 4K Action Camera (Model 18)… A separate manufacturer listing gives 20 MP, 16 MP, 12 MP, and 5 MP options. icefox Action Camera 4K 60FPS 20MP, Underwater… Those lists agree on 20 MP and 16 MP, but differ on the lower settings. The icefox Action Camera’s Amazon description advertises 20 MP, yet the available material doesn’t explain the image sensor or processing behind that figure. The other listings don’t fill that gap either: one explicitly leaves native versus interpolated status unstated, and the other does the same. Updated: Icefox UHD 4K Action Camera (Model 18)… icefox Action Camera 4K 60FPS 20MP, Underwater… So you can verify the advertised resolution, not how it’s produced.

What touchscreen size and controls does the camera have, and can it be used underwater?

The manufacturer describes a 2-inch IPS touchscreen for accessing shooting modes and features, while another source gives measurements for a rear screen rather than the same diagonal figure. icefox Action Camera 4K 60FPS 20MP, Underwater… Updated: Icefox UHD 4K Action Camera (Model 18)… For the icefox Action Camera, that difference makes it hard to reconcile the screen descriptions as a single confirmed measurement.

The review of the Model 18 says its rear touchscreen measures 1 5/8 inches by 1 ¼ inches and can be used to navigate and adjust settings. Updated: Icefox UHD 4K Action Camera (Model 18)… The manufacturer says underwater use requires the waterproof housing and gives a depth of up to 40 m. icefox Action Camera 4K 60FPS 20MP, Underwater… Another listing instead rates the camera to 30 m. icefox Action Camera 4K 20MP 5X Zoom 98FT… These are conflicting housed-depth figures, not evidence that the camera body alone is suited to the same depth. The Amazon product description’s claim of 5 m without the housing isn’t independently established by the cited ledger claims. The icefox Action Camera’s underwater claim should therefore be understood as housing-dependent, with the precise depth unresolved.

What accessories, batteries, and memory card are included with the Icefox camera?

The manufacturer listing describes a package with two 1350 mAh batteries, a waterproof case, bicycle mount, USB cable, wrist remote, and mounting accessories. icefox Action Camera 4K 60FPS 20MP, Underwater… That’s a substantial stated accessory list, but a separate review describes the icefox Action Camera package differently and reports a two-slot battery charger. Updated: Icefox UHD 4K Action Camera (Model 18)… The sources don’t establish that every listed bundle is identical.

Both the review and the other manufacturer listing say a microSD card isn’t included. Updated: Icefox UHD 4K Action Camera (Model 18)… icefox Action Camera 4K 60FPS 20MP, Underwater… The reported supported capacity is up to 128 GB. Updated: Icefox UHD 4K Action Camera (Model 18)… icefox Action Camera 4K 60FPS 20MP, Underwater… That means you should account for obtaining a card separately if you don’t already have one. The icefox Action Camera’s listed accessories include useful mounting pieces on paper, but the conflicting package descriptions leave uncertainty about the precise contents of the Amazon offer. The separate source’s two-slot charger isn’t included in the Amazon listing’s cited accessory list, so don’t assume it comes with this particular bundle. Updated: Icefox UHD 4K Action Camera (Model 18)… icefox Action Camera 4K 60FPS 20MP, Underwater…

How much does the camera cost, and what warranty or return policy is offered?

The Amazon product data lists the icefox Action Camera at $62.24. icefox Action Camera 5K 30FPS 20MP with Touch… That’s the relevant price for this offer; prices reported for other listings don’t establish what this Amazon product costs. The listing also reports one unit left in stock, which is an availability detail rather than a reason to rush a purchase. icefox Action Camera 5K 30FPS 20MP with Touch…

The available warranty and returns information comes from other listings, not confirmation of the terms attached to this Amazon offer. A separate listing describes a one-year product warranty. icefox Action Camera 4K 60FPS 20MP, Underwater… Another says many products have a 30-day right of return, subject to exceptions and conditions. icefox Action Camera 4K 60FPS 20MP, Underwater… A third listing gives a seven-day warranty subject to its seller’s policies. icefox Action Camera 4K 20MP 5X Zoom 98FT… Those different terms can’t be safely transferred to this Amazon purchase. Before ordering, check the warranty and return conditions shown for the exact offer; the cited sources don’t establish them. The price is documented, but the Amazon-specific warranty and return policy remain unknown.

How long does the battery last at 5K, and how long does recharging take?

No available source gives a 5K-specific runtime or battery recharge time for the icefox Action Camera. Updated: Icefox UHD 4K Action Camera (Model 18)… That leaves two practical buying questions unanswered: how long you can record at the advertised top resolution, and how long you’ll wait before recording again.

A review says the two batteries can power the camera for up to five hours, but it doesn’t specify the recording mode or establish that figure for 5K. Updated: Icefox UHD 4K Action Camera (Model 18)… The manufacturer gives a different claim: up to 90 minutes of recording in 4K with the two 1350 mAh batteries. icefox Action Camera 4K 60FPS 20MP, Underwater… Neither figure is a 5K runtime, and they shouldn’t be treated as interchangeable measurements. The available source also doesn’t provide a recharge duration. Updated: Icefox UHD 4K Action Camera (Model 18)… If your plans depend on long 5K sessions, the listed information isn’t enough to estimate how often you’ll need to change batteries or how long recharging will take. The icefox Action Camera’s battery claims need more mode-specific detail than the sources provide.

What are the camera’s waterproof depth rating, stabilization features, and main recording limitations?

The Amazon product title identifies a 98-foot waterproof camera, and another listing gives that depth as 30 m; a separate manufacturer listing says the housed camera can dive to 40 m. icefox Action Camera 4K 20MP 5X Zoom 98FT… icefox Action Camera 4K 60FPS 20MP, Underwater… The conflicting depth figures mean you shouldn’t treat one rating as settled by the available sources. The icefox Action Camera listing advertises EIS stabilization, which the manufacturer describes as correcting camera wobble. icefox Action Camera 5K 30FPS 20MP with Touch… icefox Action Camera 4K 60FPS 20MP, Underwater…

A review reports that EIS and distortion correction aren’t available above 1080P at 30 fps, and that you can select only one of those features at a time. Updated: Icefox UHD 4K Action Camera (Model 18)… It also says the camera duplicates every other frame to present 4K at 60 fps, effectively doubling 30 fps. Updated: Icefox UHD 4K Action Camera (Model 18)… Separately, the manufacturer says 60 fps recording is available only with EIS off. icefox Action Camera 4K 60FPS 20MP, Underwater… These are meaningful caveats if you’re choosing high frame rates for smoother motion or relying on stabilization. The icefox Action Camera’s advertised modes don’t, by themselves, resolve these reported limitations.

How does the icefox Action Camera compare with similarly priced action cameras for video quality and features?

The available information doesn’t support a direct comparison with similarly priced competing cameras because it names no alternatives or competitor specifications. The icefox Action Camera is listed at $62.24, and its Amazon description advertises 5K at 30 fps, 4K at 60 fps, 20 MP photos, EIS, and other features. icefox Action Camera 5K 30FPS 20MP with Touch… Those are the claims you can assess here, not evidence that the camera outperforms another model.

The listing’s resolution and feature descriptions may help you decide whether its advertised specifications fit your needs, but the sources don’t provide comparable video-quality tests across products. icefox Action Camera 5K 30FPS 20MP with Touch… Nor do they identify a similarly priced camera with shared measurements or specifications. A price alone can’t establish relative value, and a list of advertised features can’t demonstrate image quality. If you’re comparing options, you’ll need specifications or testing for the other cameras as well. On the evidence available here, the icefox Action Camera can be described by its own listed price and claims, but a ranking against similarly priced alternatives would be unsupported.
