What video resolutions, frame rates, photo resolution, and stabilization features does the AKASO EK7000 support?

The AKASO EK7000’s current product description advertises 4K30fps and 2.7K30fps video, alongside 20MP photos. AKASO EK7000 4K30fps Action Camera with 64GB… The manufacturer separately says the camera records 4K at up to 30 fps and has a 170-degree wide-angle lens. AKASO EK7000 WiFi 4K HD-Actionkamera für… Those claims broadly align on the top video mode, but the available sources don’t establish that every named bundle or hardware version has identical features.

Stabilization is less straightforward. The Amazon listing identifies digital image stabilization, while the manufacturer’s current product data describes EIS. Amazon.com: AKASO EK7000 4K30FPS 20MP WiFi… AKASO EK7000 4K30fps Action Camera with 64GB… An older review reported a different set of modes: 4K at 25fps, 2.7K at 30fps, 1080p at 60fps or 30fps, and 720p at 120fps or 60fps. Akaso EK7000 4K Action Camera Hands-on Review That review also described photos up to 12MP at 4608×2592 pixels and said its reviewed camera lacked in-camera stabilization, while a newer version also called EK7000 had EIS. Akaso EK7000 4K Action Camera Hands-on Review With those differences in the record, check which version the seller is offering rather than assuming the older report and current listing describe the same configuration.

What comes in the AKASO EK7000 package with a 64GB MicroSDXC card, and what is the card’s speed class?

The package contents aren’t clear from the available listing details. The product name and description identify a 64GB MicroSDXC U3 card, but the Amazon option in the ledger is labeled “Standard – No MicroSD Card.” AKASO EK7000 4K30fps Action Camera with 64GB… Amazon.com: AKASO EK7000 4K30FPS 20MP WiFi… The listing specifies U3 flash memory and U3 UHS speed classes; that describes the advertised speed class, not whether this particular option will arrive with a card. Amazon.com: AKASO EK7000 4K30FPS 20MP WiFi…

AKASO says the EK7000 includes 15 mounts and accessories. AKASO EK7000 WiFi 4K HD-Actionkamera für… An older account describes two 1050mAh batteries and a dual dock charger, and lists clips, straps, small mounts, tethers and a wireless remote among the package contents. Akaso EK7000 4K Action Camera Hands-on Review That same older account says a microSD card isn’t included and must be purchased separately. Akaso EK7000 4K Action Camera Hands-on Review These accounts don’t verify the contents of the exact bundle named here. Before purchase, confirm whether the selected option includes the card, batteries, charger and remote; the available sources can’t resolve the discrepancy.

How much 4K30fps footage can the included 64GB card store, and how long does the camera’s battery last while recording?

The available sources give no file-size or recording-time figure for 4K30fps on a 64GB card, so the footage duration is unavailable. The card’s advertised capacity alone doesn’t establish how long it will record. The sources also don’t provide a tested runtime for this exact bundle at 4K30fps.

The Amazon listing states an average battery life of 90 minutes. Amazon.com: AKASO EK7000 4K30FPS 20MP WiFi… An older EK7000 reviewer reported around 1 hour and 40 minutes in tests at 4K25 and 1080p30. Akaso EK7000 4K Action Camera Hands-on Review Those figures come from different kinds of evidence and the older test doesn’t establish runtime for the current configuration or 4K30 recording. A separate report says the EK7000 Pro lasted at most 1.5 hours on a good day, but that is a different model and shouldn’t be treated as an EK7000 result. Actual recording time for this bundle, and how it may vary with settings, is not established by the available sources.

How do you format the MicroSDXC card and set up the AKASO EK7000 for recording or Wi-Fi control?

AKASO’s support guidance says to format the microSD card in the camera before using it and to reformat it regularly. Affordable Sports Action Camera | Best GoPro… What are the SD card requirements for EK7000？ –… Formatting erases the card’s contents, so transfer or offload any files you want to keep first. Affordable Sports Action Camera | Best GoPro… Akaso EK7000 4K Troubleshooting – iFixit A separate computer-formatting guide says to transfer files to a computer, choose FAT32 and select Quick Format. Akaso EK7000 4K Troubleshooting – iFixit That is computer guidance, not a replacement for the manufacturer’s recommendation to format the card in the camera.

For Wi-Fi setup, the documented instructions say to turn on the camera and press the DOWN arrow button, then select the camera in your phone or tablet’s Wi-Fi settings and enter the password 1234567890. Akaso EK7000 4K Troubleshooting – iFixit An older account also describes toggling Wi-Fi with the down button in one shooting mode. Akaso EK7000 4K Action Camera Hands-on Review AKASO says you can sync content to a phone or tablet through the AKASO Go app. AKASO EK7000 WiFi 4K HD-Actionkamera für… These sources describe connecting and syncing; they don’t establish transfer speeds or how long a connection will take.

What are the AKASO EK7000’s waterproof depth rating and limitations when used in its housing?

The manufacturer says the EK7000 is waterproof to 98 feet or 30 meters with its housing. AKASO EK7000 WiFi 4K HD-Actionkamera für… An older review gives a different depth figure: 100 feet or 30 meters for the housing. Akaso EK7000 4K Action Camera Hands-on Review The listing’s product description instead uses 131 feet, which conflicts with both of those sources. AKASO EK7000 4K30fps Action Camera with 64GB… For planning, treat 131 feet as a listing claim rather than a depth rating confirmed by the manufacturer or the older review.

The available information also draws a practical distinction between the camera and its remote: the camera’s case is waterproof, but the remote is not. Akaso EK7000 4K Troubleshooting – iFixit Don’t assume the remote can be submerged just because the camera is in its housing. The sources don’t establish conditions, duration, maintenance requirements or other limits for underwater use, so the depth figures alone don’t answer every question about safe use. If underwater recording matters to you, the mismatch in stated ratings and the absence of further limits are reasons to confirm the exact housing and its instructions before relying on the camera underwater.

How does the AKASO EK7000 compare with a GoPro and with the AKASO EK7000 Pro in video features and accessories?

The available comparison with GoPro is about mounting, not image quality. An older reviewer says the EK7000 uses the same three-prong GoPro mount connection system. Akaso EK7000 4K Action Camera Hands-on Review That supports a claim about the connection style only; the sources don’t provide a direct comparative test of GoPro and EK7000 image quality or features.

The EK7000 Pro evidence is also limited. Its reviewer says that model came with two batteries and a charger, and described it as including many mounts, though none were top of the line. Those are reports about the Pro, not verified contents or test results for the EK7000 bundle reviewed here. The available sources don’t supply enough comparable EK7000 Pro video specifications to determine which camera is better for recording. The current EK7000 description advertises 4K30fps, 2.7K30fps, 20MP photos and EIS, but there is no equivalent Pro specification set in the ledger for a like-for-like feature comparison. AKASO EK7000 4K30fps Action Camera with 64GB…

What is the current price of the AKASO EK7000 bundle, and what extra costs might be needed for batteries or mounts?

The current price of this AKASO EK7000 bundle is unavailable in the claim ledger. An older review’s report that it bought an EK7000 Pro for just over $60 concerns a different model and isn’t a current price for this bundle.

The card is another point to check before budgeting. The product name describes a 64GB card, but the Amazon option is labeled “Standard – No MicroSD Card,” so the sources don’t establish whether this exact option includes one. AKASO EK7000 4K30fps Action Camera with 64GB… Amazon.com: AKASO EK7000 4K30FPS 20MP WiFi… If it doesn’t arrive with a card, you may need to buy one separately; the ledger provides no current card price. Reports of two batteries and a charger describe other EK7000 or EK7000 Pro packages, rather than confirming those items in this exact bundle. Akaso EK7000 4K Action Camera Hands-on Review The sources also provide no current prices for spare batteries or mounts. Check the selected option’s included-items details before deciding what additional purchases are necessary.
