What sizes are available, and how do Vittoria Rapide MTB shoes fit?
The Vittoria Rapide MTB size range is listed as EU 36–49 Vittoria Unisex Rapide Mtb Cycling Shoes In…. That gives you a broad set of EU sizes to check against the specific size offered, but it doesn’t tell you which sizes are currently in stock beyond the separate Amazon listing for EU 40.
A listing describes the fit as snug and says the shoes offer comfort during rides Vittoria Unisex Rapide Mtb Cycling Shoes In…. Another Amazon product description says the strap configuration and soft upper ensure an easy fit, but that’s listing language, not an independently verified fit assessment Vittoria Rapide MTB Cycling Shoes (White, EU 40…. These statements don’t provide a sizing chart, foot measurements, width information, or advice about sizing up or down.
There’s also no comparison with standard shoe sizing in the available sources. If you’re deciding whether EU 40 will suit you, the evidence here can’t confirm how that size compares with your usual shoes. Treat the listed fit descriptions as limited guidance rather than a sizing guarantee Vittoria Unisex Rapide Mtb Cycling Shoes In….
Which pedal and cleat systems work with Vittoria Rapide MTB shoes?
The Amazon listing identifies SPD as the pedal type for the Vittoria Rapide MTB Vittoria Rapide MTB Cycling Shoes, Black, EU 36…. That is the available compatibility information and gives you a starting point if your riding setup uses SPD.
The sources don’t specify further cleat standards, mounting details, or the exact configuration of the shoe’s cleat attachment. They also don’t document compatibility with other pedal systems. As a result, you can’t use these listings alone to confirm whether a particular cleat or pedal setup will fit.
Before relying on compatibility, compare the shoe’s product information with the cleat and pedal details for your setup. The evidence supports the SPD identification, but not a broader compatibility claim Vittoria Rapide MTB Cycling Shoes, Black, EU 36….

The price table below compares the recorded listings, but it can’t establish which retailer offers the best value for a particular buyer. The available sources don’t provide prices for comparable mountain bike shoes, nor do they give a shared set of competing specifications. A like-for-like market comparison isn’t possible from this evidence.
Use the Amazon price as the listed price for the named size and color, not as a general price for every size or retailer. The other figures show that recorded prices vary, but the available information doesn’t explain why Vittoria Rapide MTB Cycling Shoes (White, EU 40… Vittoria Unisex Rapide Mtb Cycling Shoes In… Cycling Shoes – Bike King Cycling.
What are the riding and walking trade-offs?
The Vittoria Rapide MTB product description says its rigid sole provides a stable platform for pedaling Vittoria Rapide MTB Shoes, Black. That’s a product claim, not a measurement from independent testing. Walking gets one positive mention from a customer review, which says the shoes are easy to walk about in Vittoria Rapide MTB Cycling Shoes, Black, EU 36…. That report is useful, but it’s one review claim in the evidence supplied; it doesn’t establish how the shoes feel on different surfaces or for every wearer.

If walkability is important to you, the single review is a signal, not a guarantee.

What happened to Vittoria cycling shoes, and are Rapide MTB shoes still available?
The available sources don’t explain what happened to Vittoria cycling shoes generally. They identify product details and listing status for the Rapide MTB, but don’t establish the wider history or current production status of the brand’s cycling shoes.
The Amazon listing for the White, EU 40 size says only one is left in stock Vittoria Rapide MTB Cycling Shoes (White, EU 40…. That’s a listing-specific availability statement, not evidence that every size is available or that the shoe is being produced more broadly.
The same listing gives January 15, 2020, as the date the product was first available Vittoria Rapide MTB Cycling Shoes, Black, EU 36…. That date records the listing’s first-available information; it doesn’t confirm present production or ongoing availability. For a buyer, the grounded answer is narrow: the cited Amazon listing shows the specified size as available with one left, while the broader status remains unknown Vittoria Rapide MTB Cycling Shoes (White, EU 40….
Can Vittoria Rapide MTB shoes be used for road cycling?
The Vittoria Rapide MTB is identified in the available product information as a shoe intended for MTB cycling Vittoria Rapide MTB Shoes, Black. The Amazon listing identifies SPD as the pedal type Vittoria Rapide MTB Cycling Shoes, Black, EU 36…. Those details describe its listed use and pedal type, but they don’t confirm suitability for road cycling.
The sources don’t document additional pedal or cleat compatibility, and they don’t explain whether the shoe can be used with a particular road setup. So if you’re considering it for road cycling, there isn’t enough evidence here to say that it will work with your pedals or meet your needs.
Keep the distinction simple: MTB intent and SPD identification are supported; road use and broader compatibility are not. Check the specific cleat and pedal requirements for your setup rather than reading more into the available listing information Vittoria Rapide MTB Shoes, Black Vittoria Rapide MTB Cycling Shoes, Black, EU 36….
Which current mountain bike shoes offer similar features?
The available claim ledger doesn’t name competing mountain bike shoes or provide their specifications. It therefore can’t support a list of current alternatives or establish that another model shares the Vittoria Rapide MTB’s features.
The Rapide MTB listings do identify a strap closure, nylon MTB sole, and EFC insole Vittoria Rapide MTB Cycling Shoes, Black, EU 36…. But without competitor names and corresponding details, those specifications can’t be used to make a substantiated comparison. Naming alternatives here would imply evidence that isn’t available.
If you’re shopping across models, compare each candidate’s closure, sole, cleat information, fit guidance, and price using its own product information. The sources provided for this review don’t give those details for other shoes, so they can’t establish which options are most similar or which are better for you.
What do buyers say about the Vittoria Rapide MTB shoes?
The available buyer feedback includes a customer review saying the Vittoria Rapide MTB shoes are easy to walk about in Vittoria Rapide MTB Cycling Shoes, Black, EU 36…. That is an individual report, not a test result or proof that all buyers will find them comfortable to walk in.
Fit and comfort claims also appear in product listing information: one listing describes a snug fit and comfort during rides Vittoria Unisex Rapide Mtb Cycling Shoes In…. That statement should not be presented as buyer consensus. The Amazon product description separately calls the strap system simple to use and says the soft upper ensures an easy fit and comfort during pedaling Vittoria Rapide MTB Cycling Shoes (White, EU 40…. Those are also listing claims.
The review evidence supplied is limited. It supports reporting one positive walking comment, alongside listing descriptions about fit and ride comfort, but it doesn’t establish a broader trend in buyer opinions Vittoria Rapide MTB Cycling Shoes, Black, EU 36… Vittoria Unisex Rapide Mtb Cycling Shoes In….
